We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after delivery. No-reason returns and quality-related returns include merchant-paid return shipping with a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Customized items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are not returnable.
